choosing tumblr
The reason I chose tumblr to be the host site for my blog was when looking at other sites such as blogger and wordpress they didn’t have the right visual appeal for someone like my who likes clean and simple design. The blogger site does have a simple design but it looks a little too immature and kid like.
I have never really read many blogs before and starting my own blog seemed a little daunting. But it all seems quite easy at the moment and I am actually finding it interesting and I have learnt a few things already. I always thought that people who had blogs and/or spent a lot of time on the internet writing various things about their life and interests were quite boring and geeky people. Some of the stuff in these various sites have really good information and there seems to be something helpful out there about every topic. I will be reading a lot more blogs in the future and I think these blogs will help me in all of the units I study at uni.
